Yolanda Hadid Lists $11M Family Farm Where She Met Ex-Fiancé and Gigi and Bella Rode 'Horses Bareback'

 Yolanda Hadid, former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, is officially putting her cherished Hadid Family Farm on the market for $10,888,000. The 61-year-old model and designer purchased the stunning 30-acre lavender farm and equestrian estate in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, in 2017. 

The property was envisioned as a peaceful retreat for Yolanda and her children — Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, and Anwar Hadid — offering a private sanctuary close to New York. According to the listing, Yolanda recalled, “Bella and Gigi riding their horses bareback around the farm and training in the jumping arena, all while balancing their busy careers.” She added, “It truly is a slice of Heaven, a sanctuary and our safe haven.” 

Listed by Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass and Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe Real Estate, the estate blends historic charm with modern luxury. The main stone farmhouse, built in 1810 on land deeded in 1682, features three bedrooms, five bathrooms, five fireplaces, and multiple living and dining areas, redesigned by Yolanda herself. 

The estate includes a stone bank barn built in 1776, offering 8,000 sq ft of entertainment space, a gym, and a professional equestrian facility. Additional residences include a one-bedroom Carriage House, a one-bedroom Corn Crib Cottage, and a two-bedroom Lavender Cottage, each with a full kitchen. 

Outdoors, the estate boasts a resort-style pool, fire pit, meditation labyrinth, restored stone spring house converted into a wine and lavender oil cellar, 3,000+ lavender plants, and lush vegetable gardens.

The listing follows Yolanda’s split from fiancé Joseph Jingoli, eight months ago. They quietly ended their engagement in January but remain friends. Yolanda shared in a past interview how they first met at the farm, saying, “I made a love spiral and wrote down exactly everything important to me in a man, and he magically rang my doorbell.” 

Adding to recent challenges, Bella was hospitalized in September. Yolanda shared photos of her daughter in a hospital bed, expressing the difficulty of watching her suffer. Bella later apologized for her absence from public life, posting, “I’m sorry I always go MIA I love you guys.” Yolanda responded, “Lyme warrior,” with a heart emoji.
