“Life Is So Short”: Erika Kirk Shares Emotional Thanksgiving Message While Remembering Late Husband Charlie Kirk

 

Erika Kirk, wife of late conservative activist Charlie Kirk, shared a heartfelt message this Thanksgiving as she reflected on gratitude, family, and loss. The new CEO of TPUSA reposted Charlie’s Thanksgiving message from last year on X, reminding people of the fragility of life and the importance of loving those around them.

Last year, Charlie Kirk had shared a warm Thanksgiving photo with his family. Resharing the post, Erika wrote an emotional note, urging people to cherish their loved ones.

“…what I would give. Even in the depths of pain and heartache of trials, there is always something to be thankful for. Please love your family so deeply today (and always). If you don’t have family; then your chosen family. Your friends. Your loved ones. Life is so precious, life is so short,” she wrote.

Along with her message on X, Erika also posted a video on Instagram showing herself going through thousands of letters, cards, and gifts sent to her after Charlie’s assassination. In the caption, she expressed deep gratitude for the overwhelming support she has received.

She wrote that Thanksgiving always held a special place in her and Charlie’s hearts because it reminded them to return to the “simple, but holy practice of gratitude.”

“God blessed me with being married to the love of my life, with our beautiful babies, with our family and friends, and with people from all over the world who have sent us letters, toys, artwork, and Bibles,” she said.

Erika added that she is reading every letter and opening every gift, saying that no words could describe what the “outpouring of love” has meant to her and her children during this difficult time.
